  • For post-payment settlement, the “NP After-Pay”service provided by NetProtections Co., Ltd. will be used. An invoice will be mailed to you by NetProtections Co., Ltd. after the service is provided. Please make the payment by the designated method within 14 days from the invoice issuance date.
  • For other payment methods separately approved by the company, the timing shall be determined separately between the customer and the company.

Due to the nature of the service, the Express Plan does not accept returns or exchanges after service provision.
Cancellations or changes to the scheduled date and time shall be subject to Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions as stipulated below.
