Notes
All Plans
*Specific staff cannot be requested by the customer.
*Our staff will use the customer's tools and equipment on the premises.
*Customer is required to stay at home during services. Regular Plan service can be
provided at unoccupied house at the 2nd service and beyond.
Regular Plan / Spot Plan
*Contact us if you require 3 or more housekeepers.
*Regular Plan period is from 3 months to 12 months.
*Regular Plan or Spot Plan service can be rescheduled within the same month if the
notification is given by 17:00 on the day before the scheduled service and cancellation
charges will not incur.
*Service cannot be rescheduled for the notification given after 17:00 and customers will
be charged the full service amount as a cancellation fee.
Express Plan
*The Express Plan service is provided from 9:30 to 20:00. (The latest possible start time
is 19:00)
*Duration of the service is 60 minutes. No extension of the service can be
accepted.
*If you wish to request our service on the same day of the inquiry, please call us by
14:00.
*Available method of payment is by credit card or cash only.
*For the Express Plan, the contract shall be deemed to have been established by calling us
to request our service.
Cancellation after establishing the contract shall not be accepted. (100% of the service fee
will be charged as a cancellation fee)
*Seven packaged services are available for Express Plan. Select two services out of the
seven packaged services. Services outside the packaged plans are not available.

③ For same-day service, please call us between 9:30 and 14:00.
For
service starting between 9:30 and 10:30, please call us by 17:00 the night before.
