- The monthly fees, which include tax, are based on a team of two cleaners.
- A minimum contract period of three months is required.
- Additionally, a transportation fee of ¥1,980 (¥990 per staff member, tax included) will be charged for each visit.
- Our listed prices include tax; however, the actual charged amount may be lower due to rounding in the calculation of consumption tax.
- Flexible scheduling options are available, including plans with two or more visits per week and 30-minute adjustments for 1 or 2-hour sessions.

Tax Incl.
- The monthly fees are calculated based on an annual schedule of 52 weeks, which is divided by 12 months. This means there are approximately 4.3 weeks in each month. As a result, the monthly fee remains fixed, regardless of the actual number of service visits in any given month. For weekly plans, fees are based on 4.3 weeks per month, while for biweekly plans, fees are based on 2.2 weeks per month.
- A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.
- Additionally, a transportation fee of ¥990 (tax included) per staff member will be charged for each visit. This fee is based on the number of visits used for billing purposes—2.2 visits per month for biweekly plans and 4.3 visits per month for weekly plans. This transportation fee will be added to the monthly base fee.
- Our listed prices include tax; however, the actual charged amount may be lower due to rounding in the calculation of consumption tax.
- Plans that offer two or more visits per week are also available to better suit your lifestyle.

- Additionally, a transportation fee of ¥1,980 (¥990 per staff member, tax included) will be charged for each visit.
- Service Overview
- Service Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Last available start time: 7:00 PM)
- Standard Service Duration: 60 minutes. If you would like to extend the service, please contact us in advance.
- Same-Day Requests: Please call us by 2:00 PM on the day you need service.
- Payment Method: Payment must be made using NP Atobarai (Pay Later service).
- Contract Completion: The Express Plan contract is finalized upon the completion of your application via phone.
- Cancellations: Once your booking is confirmed, cancellation is not accepted. A 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Service Structure: The Express Plan offers 7 types of preset tasks.
- Services will be performed by two staff members. Please select two out of the seven task options. Tasks not on the list cannot be provided.

Please select 2 tasks from the 7 options listed below. You can choose the same task twice if you wish, in which case both staff members will work together on that task.

- ④Window cleaning (for up to the standard number in a 2LDK) + Entrance area cleaning
- ⑤Garden maintenance (Weeding and watering)
- ⑥Ironing + Laundry (Washing, Drying, Folding)・Ironing: Equivalent to 6 dress shirts・Laundry: Up to 7 kg capacity
- ⑦Packing support for moving
Note: For larger spaces (e.g., 3LDK or more), please specify the desired areas for service in advance. Tasks such as vacuuming, floor wiping, and window cleaning are based on a 2LDK area as the standard scope for 60 minutes.

If you want to request service between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, please contact us by 5:00 PM the day prior.
While the Express Plan is typically available by phone only, we may also accept requests through the Contact Form if we can confirm the necessary agreement within designated hours. This option is particularly available for English speakers.

At Sunny Maid Service, we provide consistent pricing
year-round, including weekends and public holidays. Our
services are available seven days
a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to accommodate your lifestyle.
We are generally available year-round,
excluding the New Year holidays.
However, we may take scheduled breaks with advance notice to ensure proper planning
and communication with our customers.
Please be aware that an additional fee will apply
if the service begins or ends
during early
morning or evening hours,
as outlined below:

Q What kind of staff will visit my home?
Two professionally trained Filipino cleaners will visit your home. Each one holds a national housekeeping qualification earned in the Philippines, a country renowned for its domestic service excellence. They complete over 100 hours of training in the Philippines before arriving in Japan and also undergo ongoing training to ensure their services meet Japanese lifestyle standards. You can feel confident entrusting your home to our experienced team. During our first service visit, a Japanese bilingual Service Coordinator or Manager will accompany the team. They will assist with scheduling, planning, and communication and are available to discuss your needs and preferences in detail. For the Lite Plans, only one staff member will visit your home.
Q Can I use the service while I’m not at home?
[Regular Plans] Yes, services can be provided in your absence. We will securely keep a copy of your house key at no additional cost. Please note that your presence is required during the first visit to complete the necessary key handover and documentation.

We take every precaution to provide safe and careful service. In the unlikely event of an issue, both your service manager and assigned staff will respond promptly and responsibly. We are also covered by liability insurance for your peace of mind. To help prevent problems, we kindly ask that you store any valuables, cash, or jewelry in a locked cabinet or secure location during the service.

We take every precaution to provide safe and careful service. In the unlikely event of an issue, both your service manager and assigned staff will respond promptly and responsibly. We are also covered by liability insurance for your peace of mind. To help prevent problems, we kindly ask that you store any valuables, cash, or jewelry in a locked cabinet or secure location during the service.
Q What cleaning supplies should I prepare?
We will use the cleaning tools and supplies available in your home. If you have basic supplies such as cloths, sponges, brushes, and general-purpose cleaners (e.g., kitchen cleaner), there's no need to prepare anything special. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could provide some extra old towels or toothbrushes. If it’s difficult to prepare these supplies yourself, we can also purchase them on your behalf, just let us know at the time of reservation.
Q What payment methods are available?
We accept credit card payments and NP Atobarai (Pay Later service). For credit card payments, a registration link will be sent to your email after the service is provided. For NP Atobarai, a payment slip will be sent to your registered address after the service. Regular Plans: Both credit card and NP Atobarai are accepted. Spot and Express Plans (one-time services): NP Atobarai is required.
Q How do I apply for the service?
If applying online, click the “Reservation” button on our website to be redirected to the booking page. After selecting your desired service plan and area, you can choose a date for the initial estimate visit (or the service itself). Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from the local store responsible for your area. Please be sure to check your email. If all time slots are fully booked, we may ask you to reschedule or, in some cases, we may be unable to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding. To apply by phone, please call our Customer Service Center at 0120-32-2017 (available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding the New Year holiday period). Please note that phone support is available in Japanese only. *For applications to the Express Plan, please refer to the Important Notes section for that plan.
Q Can I change or cancel a reserved service?
Yes. If you contact our Customer Service Center by 5:00 PM on the day before the scheduled service, we can reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge. *Please note that this does not apply to the Express Plan, which cannot be canceled once booked.
